I would like everyone to read over the following attachment. At this time, we will not require everyone to sign and return this, but the information contained therein is just as important and required to know. The consequences will be the same.
When we have an issue with a coach, there is a procedure to follow and a way to handle things to effectively resolve the situation. No parent is allowed to confront a coach before, during or immediately after a game. As adults, we must remember that we have to be examples to our kids ESPECIALLY in the area of conflict resolution. Our kids learn more about how to deal with life issues from our examples than from any football game.
Let's try to keep things in perspective. This is Little League Football.
